As part of its vertical integration strategy and in order to maintain its status as the pioneer and leader of the frozen meat export industry in India, the Allana Group has added another first to its credit and established modern , state-of-the art rendering plants, interconnected to each of its integrated abattoirs and meat processing complexes, for the manufacture of high quality sterilized meat & bone meal, utilizing fresh chilled raw materials derived from healthy livestock. The rendering plants have been designed and supplied on a turn key basis by Alfa Laval FME of Denmark and Flo-Dry Engineering Limited of New Zealand, whose processes have been accepted by MAF of New Zealand, for export to all countries including Japan, besides being in compliance with the EU regulations. The high temperature drying and sterilization guarantees that our meat & bone meal is free from E-Coli, Salmonella, and Chloristidia, and at  the same time retains the nutritional value of the meal, enabling it to be utilized as a vital ingredient in the manufacture of high quality compounded  feeds for livestock and poultry.

Packing
The packing is in 75/50 kgs standard machine stitched PP Bags. A 20' FCL can accommodate 400 bags, equivalent to 20 tons of sterilized meat & bone meal.
