Conserva Allana Ltd, a member of the Allana Group owns and operates one
of India's most modern state-of-the-art fruit processing facilities at Zaheerabad in
Andhra Pradesh State, to produce processed Frozen Fruit Purees.
The
rich colour, flavour, aroma and taste of delicious Indian Fruits is retained naturally by
careful selection and delicate handling of the fruit. Controlled ripening is followed by
'High Temperature / Short Time' pasteurization and then rapidly cooled, packed and frozen
on Automatic lines.
Since
the last five years our emphasis has been on processing the Mango fruit. The Mango
puree/pulp is frozen and packaged in consumer and bulk packs and exported in ever
increasing quantities. Currently the varieties of mango being processed are Alphonso and
Totapuri. In addition to the above we are processing Frozen Guava
puree/pulp and have plans to process other varieties of frozen fruits and vegetables.
