All fruits are sourced directly from select orchards,with special emphasis on the optimum ripening of the fruit prior to processing.
The fruit is sorted, machine washed and then put through an automatic continuous process of sterilization / pasteurization.
For Frozen products,the product is quickly chilled to minus 20C prior to filling and freezing.
This HTST processing,followed by ultra-low temperature filling, retains maximum natural flavour and aroma of the fruit.
For Aseptic products, UHT process is followed by quick cooling prior to filling.
